Reyza

Reyza is one of the six admirals of the White Lion Armada. A spriggan born as a vassal under Homyn rule, Reyza's family was forbidden from worshipping their patron diety, the dragon-god Calliope the Bloomed. At sixteen, the lunar brigade conscripted him to serve on the moon Turiken where he discovered an officer named Colonel Sterling Harto was using Calliope as a familiar.
As a soldier, Reyza suffered in silence until he met a fellow outcast named Royce. He agreed to help Royce on a mission to rescue Colonel Harto from a Scalfi war party, and in doing so reunited with his god. After that, Royce and Reyza became fast friends, leaving the lunar brigade together to become Corsairs.
Reyza followed Royce to the Rim where they both joined the white lion armada. Scant records exist of the incident that occured there, save that it ended with Royce killing their commanding officer, Brigadier General Jani, and leaving the service of the White Lion Armada without Reyza and seeking information about how to kill a god.
