Shen Ra

Shen Ra is a mutant librarian who serves as a deckhand aboard the Nomad. He has a quiet and soft-spoken demeanor and is always happy to help the Corsairs with their research projects. Originally, Shen Ra hailed from the bowels of Source, where he served as a scholar for the mutant King Kaloo. He belonged to a subset of mutants called the Pale Men, warped into tall, slender, and pale forms by generations of exposure to nectar radiation.
The Party visited King Kaloo after their adventures on Io, and sought to purchase some books from his library. Shen Ra agreed to give them a discount on an Illithid Atlas on the condition that the crew took him aboard so he could continue his studies abroad for the benefit of mutant kind.
