Shiro

Shiro is a shady resident of the Mong Bal city of Erryl who goes by the moniker, the Master of Mirrors. He uses his Dream World powers to create illusory copies of himself. As the use of such powers is illegal on Erryl, he keeps his abilities secret, only using them covertly.
Shiro was Wukong's second oponent in the Corsair Tournament. After losing the fight, he was sentenced to death for treason, but escaped imprisonment using one of his illusory clones.
