Skatho

Skatho is a moon located in Io's East Orbit. For some reason, most of the trash that gets tossed into naught gravity seems to make its way to Skatho. The moon is covered in mountains of barbage and its seas reek of sewage.
The native inhabitants, whom the moon is named after, hardly mind at all, however. A race of quadrupedal mantises who can naturally perceive the dream world, they see great beauty in the objects that the rest of the system discards, refashioning them into beautiful (at least in their eyes) art and foci that resonate with dream powers.
While officially controlled by the Homyn Kingdom, Skatho's de facto rulers are a terrorist group of physicians known as the Pox Mundus. They use the moon's unsanitary confines to discourage others from interfering with their operations and also to study the rampant diseases making their way through the moon's ecosystem at any given time.
The presence of Skatho artisans on the moon make it a popular pilgrimage point for warlocks, thanks to the burgeoning golem industry. Many visitors to the moon flock to Golem Park, where giant golems of trash do battle against one another.
Skatho is also home to one of the seven wonders of the system, the Great Foci, a pillar like structure made out of trash. While not terribly appealing on first viewing, the Foci's true beauty lies in the subliminal. Any who look upon them are said to receive strange and powerful dreams when they next fall asleep.
