The Lost City

1 Gennesi, 1000 NR   A thousand years ago, the city of Kadar, capital of the Kadarin Empire, vanished overnight along with all its inhabitants. The empire was thrown into chaos and collapsed within a decade.   Last month, on the first day of the new year, the city returned the same way it vanished. Eyewitness reports from residents of the nearby towns indicate that it has changed. The walls are crumbling and overgrown with ivy, there are no signs of life inside, and strange lights and sounds come from both the Upper City and the lakes of the Lower City at night.
