Shin-rin

The Capital and the shining jewel of Kaido While the interior city is beautiful and vibrant the outer city is covered by slums and poverty. The elves rarely leave the inner city and use emissaries to deal with the peoples living in the Slums of the outer city. The Shanty town is plagued with crime and disparity, whilst the Inner city iss filled with towers of glistening marble stone and the blue crystals of the Kaidian Elves.

Government

Ruled over by the Council of Elven Lords which elects their monarch whom is usually in term for 500 years but can be re elected.

Defences

Kaidian magic created a near impenetrable dome of magic around the inner city. the only way through this is through two very specific gates which are both very heavily guarded and enchanted.
