The Wheelhouse

The Wheelhouse is a old watermill converted into a tavern and inn by the new owners of the building. It is situated by the Stone River right near the entrance of Town so it gets many new arrivals and travelers moving through its doors. It holds withing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Alterations

Altered from the use of milling timber to a bar and restaurant n the lower floor and an inn with several rooms on the upper floor. The water wheel still functions tho and is now used to draw fresh water from the river and help the owners brew their own brand of alcohol.

Architecture

More stone than most and one of the older building in town.

History

Formerly a Mill-house used by an former resident who sold the property and moved to the city to be with his son and his family.
