The TCSF is designed to maintain the peace and protect the citizens of Terminal City.

History

Terminal City's finest. The TCSF encompasses the traditional roles of police, firemen, and national guard for the island nation of Terminal City. Known ubiquitously as Yellowjackets due to their bright yellow and black uniforms.
While most of the TCSF are dedicated to their mission, rampant corruption makes it hard to trust them as a whole. Many are paid off to turn a blind eye to the operations of criminal organizations such as The Trust.
The TCSF never has the resources it needs to perform its duties. As such, they have chosen to turn a blind eye to the many vigilante groups who patrol the city. Terminal cities neutrality in the Rustbucket allow it to skirt the Covenant laws on possessing Metahuman powers.
Some officers even support the super teams, slipping them information where they can not intervene. Some consider them public menaces and go out of their way to bring them in. These normally uncontainable individuals are locked away in the subterranean submerged penitentiary known as The Bubble.
