Occult Academy of Xagolae

The Occult Academy of Xagolae is a small tower in the downtown of Xagolae's capital city, a private institute home to a number of scholars and spellcasters. It is known to produce a large number of warmages that make up a bulk of the Stratocracy's magic-using warfighting forces, but also provides private tutoring in a master-apprentice system. It is also home to a small library of very rare books.

In the tempest of darkness, the mind finds strength.
