Phil is a wood-elf who became part aasimar when he married Death.
Before everything, he was a craftsman, handyman, and a jack of all trades if I'd ever known one. Anything he tried, he wanted to be decent at; and he often excelled far beyond just being decent.
The biological father of Wilbur Soot, and the adoptive father of Tubbo Scunderore.

Personal Limbo

Phil's personal limbo, before he married Death, is one he cannot interact with. People pass by, projects gather dust, aid goes ungiven and all he can do is watch and try to do something, anything. Phil's personal limbo after he married Death, is a world he can interact with but cannot share. He goes through the motions with the precise ache of knowing who would've been there with him, what they would've done, had he not outlived them. His limbo is seeing remnants of those he cared about, disregarded to mere relics and antiques of the ages, cared about and known about by none but him. When Death finally reaches his limbo, she tells him who she hasn't seen, and lets him talk about all that happened recently. It gives Death an update on those she doesn't dare to visit without cause, and it reminds Phil that they are still very much alive, and that he will return to them and they will return to him.
