Krommsh - Giant

Akin to Ore'ach (Earth Elemental) and Tuzutainim (Mountain Dwarven), Krommsh sounds as if the speaker's throat is lined with crunching gravel. Almost impossible to speak softly, the language naturally booms with barely contained anger and command. There are numerous dialects--Ogre, Troll, Hill Giant, and Stone Giant as the lower forms; Giantkin, Fire Giant, Frost Giant, Cloud Giant, and Storm Giant as the higher forms. Speakers of the higher dialects can usually understand those of the lower dialects, but the reverse is rarely true. The grammar directly reflects the sophistication of the dialect: Ogres and Trolls communicate in little more than yells and grunts, while Storm Giants are renowned for their elegant prose.  
Similarly, the lower dialects of Krommsh have no written form (it is extremely rare for any members of those species to be literate), but the upper dialects use variations of Koraxicon, in line with its distant roots in Arenundim.
