Velatha Liadon
Velatha Liadon is a wood elf from Velaris. She currently holds the title of Elder of Agriculture. She is the youngest Elder of the current Council, being only a half elf.
Velatha was born in Odrana, along with her twin brother Arlo, and both were immediately given up for adoption. Velatha was adopted almost immediately, while Arlo was raised in the group home in Odrana. She was shipped to Velaris, where she was adopted by Leoric and Illiana Liadon, a power couple working in the government of Velaris.
Velatha was raised in luxury and security, however her parents were not as present as one would hope. A lot of assistants and employees of Velatha's parents did a great deal of raising her. While Velatha was essentially Velaris royalty, she was not always revered as well-liked. She didn't look like her parents, nor had the training of a noble. After an incident at school where Velatha was unkindly treated, her parents set her up with a private tutor. While Velatha was lonely in childhood, she learned how to be social and make friends. After reentering Velaris as a noble daughter of her parents, Velatha's magic became stronger and more apparent to her parents. She eventually began expanding on her magic and started assisting around Velaris with minor problems like beast attacks or damages from weather.
The most important thing to Velatha's parents was to keep her half-elven blood a secret, so once she grew into an adult, her parents had her attuned to a Stodva band, a piece of jewelry made especially for Velatha that would slow her aging by over half. Velatha always wore it out of habit, caring less than her parents.
Velatha began shadowing for the Elder Council when her father, Leoric fell ill and Illiana had to replace him on the Elder Council. While Illiana was not trained, she could hold the seat and confer with Leoric while Velatha trained and studied. When Velatha's magic was strong, and her mind was stronger, Velatha took the seat on the Elder Council at the young age of 203.
Velatha's seat on the Elder Council eventually became the Elder of Agriculture, and her duties expanded to the upkeep of the city.

- Falric Bray, an uneasy halfling that gave Velatha a bad feeling
- Allisar, a hooded person looking for his sister
