Tyminster
Tyminster, the City of Oaths, is the fortified capital of Fo'Lienande and the center of both it's political and religious power. In Tyminster, under a green flag bearing a lion, lies the throne of Queen Olrurg who was worshipped as a goddess in this land and given absolute authority over both the mundane and the magical. It was she who swore Fo'Lienande to only use magics of the gods and outlawed arcana. While the religions of most deities are not outlawed the city is almost entirely devout to their queen, much more than anywhere else in the land. The capitol castle also serves as a massive cathedral built to her and conducts religious services in the outer chambers.
In this city sits not only the queendom's elite knights, but the headquarters of the inquisitors: an organization of deadly witch hunters deputized to track down an execute arcane spell casters. One-quarter of the national army is also stationed here, many acting as the local guard as well. The city is quite large in area and may be the biggest by mileage in Albion. The 20ft walls are connected by large watchtowers and the interior has 2 distinct levels due to a plateau on which it is built.
