Fo'Lienande

The western country of southern Albion originally split from the east several millennia ago and has been reunited by conflict time and again. This unity is always temporary and a has driven both nations to crave conquering the other indefinitely. The core principle over this division has always been the same: the people of Fo'Lienande revile arcane magic & seek to rid their society of it. This belief stems from battles with evil wizards and mad mages in ancient times and such encounters have recurred enough to keep the sentiment alive today. The worship of arcana focused deities like Tsukoyomi and the The Archtrees has also been outlawed in hopes of weakening arcane influence and lessening heretical thought.
The most recent conflict between Fo'Lienande and Orlon ended 3 years ago when Queen Olrurg lead an invasion in summer 1369. Accounts claim Orlon's knights recovered the sword wielded by the ascended king Petrimon and gave it to Queen Saewe Arott in her pivotal duel against Olrurg. Despite losing their divine monarch and an official order of dissolution from Orlon there still exists a Fo'Lienande resistance movement including many witch hunters.
