Crossroads City

Crossroads City is an industrial Southern city in the United States known for its factories, being a hub of railroad transportation, a monolith of river transportation, and a flourishing hub for the arts and Southern history within the shadow of Lookout Mountain. Unbeknownst to its "normal" denizens Crossroads City is a major hub in the North American Magical Community and home of the Citadel Magical University. Crossroads City features a unique blend of multicultural magic practitioners both ancient and modern, a thriving cryptid community, and is overseen by the Crossroads City Magic Council which has connections in all levels of the local government. Citizens of Crossroads work hard to navigate life amidst the constant political changes both in the "normal" community and the magical community. Chronicles of significant historical magical events are captured by local historian and librarian Seraphina Maurer through a series of interviews and are in the process of being serialized for her readers' enjoyment.
