Hamar was established on the 40th human year and was founded by the first human Hamar  . It stands today as the largest human civilization on Cruul. It boasts hundreds of thousands of citizens and a wealth that rivals all other human lands combined. Its law is strict and enforced by Good Clerics under Laydi'wahni "The White Lady" and The Holy Order of Light. .
