Rules of Planar Traversal
When one seeks to travel to either The Nine Hells or The Great Abyss via route other than the Gates of Binding, this planner Law needs to be heeded. For when a creature is magically teleported to or from these planes, another creature needs to take it's place. When this constrain is ignored the spell will either fail completely, have a reduced effect or cause major side-effect. Some examples observed are:
- Dead on arrival
- Causes a massive explosion scarring the land
- Induce an instability in the weave disrupting magic
