Victor Vallakovich

Son of Burgomeister Vargas "The Baron" Vallakovich, and previously engaged to Stella Wachter.

Described by Lady Fiona Wachter as a "weird little man" who keeps to himself. Father Lucian told us that Victor is always very busy with something, and never shows up to church or the festivals.
