Order of the Feather

The Martikov family and their allies are members of a covert organization of wereravens based in Barovia . They are opposed to Strahd Von Zarovich and try to do what good they can, in the face of a seemingly insurmountable evil. The keepers guard their identities and lycanthropy zealously; using their abilities to counter Strahd's network of loyalists and spies. Urwin Martikov and Danika Martikov run the Order’s Vallaki branch from the Blue Water Inn while the family patriarch (Davian Martikov) manages the Order’s Western branch from the The Wizards of Wines Winery. Although the occasional adventuring party that makes its way into Barovia often present natural allies against Strahd, the Order is careful avoid such relationships given that the ancient vampire generally keeps a close eye on his guests. The Martikov’s revealed their true abilities to the party only after Vallaki descended into chaos, choosing to join the party in eliminating Lady Wachter and her allied vampire spawn. The Martikovs offered support from the Order of the Feather in return for their assistance in Vallaki and for investigating a delayed shipment of wine from the Wizard of Wines Winery.
