Triple F

Gang native to Swash, proudly taking their name from the three hoods they call home - Florence, Favela, and Futura. Having arisen from the plastic smoke of a dreadful industrial estate, they know what it's like to fight for air and water. Sharp and unyielding, they fiercely protect their territory and don't hold back in a fight (such as an occasional skirmish with Metal Shock ).
As most members have day jobs in manufacturing or logistics, FFF has a good network of contacts and transport assets within Futura and the sea ports, which gives them great opportunities to move goods and people discreetly.
It is not uncommon for 3F to give a share of their proceeds from smuggling, arms deals, and violent hit-and-runs back to the community. The gang leaders are often well-known in the neighborhoods, and respected. They also viciously punish their own for putting a team at unnecessary risk, or extreme violence towards the locals. Oftentimes, 3F is acting as de-facto police.
With such level of pervasive influence in Swash, local officials need FFF cooperation to get elected. And business owners have to come to terms with "labor union" payments.
