Dominick is the lead detective at the DeSolee CCPD precinct. He is not an honest cop. He ha been known to take a bribe and has a side business offering protection for the right price. He also has a bad habit of locking people up, sometimes for over a week, just to show his dominance. He thinks he is untouchable probably because of his strong ties to the COMPLETO crime family. Many people think that many of DeSolee's crime problems are a result of the poor leadership of Dominick and his corruption. While Dominick is never in uniform, you can tell from a mile a way that this guy is a cop.
