Hepzibah C
Hepzibah C is the owner and operator of Curiouser_and_Curiouser, an oddities shop and fortune telling parlor in DeSolee. She uses any and all information she obtains from her fortune telling sessions as currency in the rigged gamed of poker that is Crescent City. She has a seductive alluring facade she puts on for clients, but under all this play acting she is broken and jaded and hates the privileged. She keeps her utter disdain well-hidden. Many travel across the whole city to have their fortunes told by Hepzibah C. The Goth Band Hex_Machine sometimes uses Curiouser & Curiouser for performances and rehearsals. Hex Machine is made up from the leadership of the goth gang The_Coven, and Hepzibah C has strong ties to this gang, though she is not an actual member.
