Armelle is the Chief Executive of Operation on Galileo - O'Neil 2. She has been in the position since 2020, taking over after several other executives had the position after the revolt on O'Neil One colony. She has been able to enforce harsh punishments to those workers who showed any signs of treasons to ESA. She works closely with Kuno Heinsohn who is the chief of security on Galileo - O'Neil 2. Both have managed to tighten down on any sedition amongst the Wata wa Pilule to the point where rumor claims they have been spacing the more vocal Highriders.
Armelle also works along side Ragunath Chipalunakar, often dictating to him policies he needs to implement. This has caused some friction between the two and when Ragunath goes to Enzo with his criticisms of Armelle, he is usually refute to follow her direction.
