A small one is sent with every bot purchase inscribed with the serial number aka name of the bot. They are universal but its part of the sales pitch.

Complexity

Each unit is a stand alone device that is so complex anyone that has opened one has watched as the device's systems consumed themselves. Not even the Quitesson's that convinced the Factory make them smaller has managed to get one open.

Discovery

The original one was found in the Power Plant and then the design was copied by the Quintessons one being part of the purchase of a bot.
