Celniana Inaxi Elsys Carnove

Celniana is a gnomish artificer stationed in Breen. He stands taller than most gnomes at 4'2", is middle aged, and wary of new faces. He is eccentric, obsessed with his machinations, and slightly devious, possibly mad.

In Rammed on the Lake Report, it is discovered that Celniana has been working with The Cult of the Fanged Eye, sacrificing half-orcs and elves deep under the Glastawa Depths. He also holds a Shard of the Aethermirror.
