Sun Summoning

The Deadly spell used by Sun Magic Mages, it has the ability to turn everything it touches to ash. A power level of 9 may even go so far as to destroy the target to a point where even ash is hardly discoverable, however it requires an extreme amount of power. As a skill level of 9 requiring spell, it means it is highly dangerous and deadly. A person faced with the spell, unless they were an equally matched Ice Magic Mage, would be killed almost immediately by the high levels of heat that the spell emits. As a deadly spell, all those who reach the rank of a level 9 skill level, are very closely monitored by the Mage's Guild and those who misuse their power of using the spell may be taken down by the Mage's Guild, even if just for questioning.

Effect

Main Effect

As a deadly spell type, the main purpose of the spell, and the main effect is to create the semblance of destruction. While, according to the Law of Destruction, it is not possible to truly destroy matter the deadly spell category, from the Law of Spells claims that each form of Magic has a single spell that can nearly replicate it. The Sun Summoner spell is the Sun Magic form of the spell, turning everything in its path either to ash or down to its most basic atomic structure, appearing to be completely destroyed. Ash Blaze is a high-class spell with a similar effect, but it only can turn a single object, through a Mage's touch, into ash.

Secondary Effects

As a side effect, the spell will also tend to make a large region of heat and destroy a larger region than its specific target. The region of heat, as the main secondary effect, will often make the area impossible to use for a specific amount of time. However, as it is rare for the spell to be used in a way to create the region, the heated area, made in a sphere, will tend to only last for hours to days. Should a Mage want to create the region of destruction, it may last for up to 20 years, as a record, but have a less destructive power on casting.

Manifestation

The spell manifests in a large explosion of heat, so powerful it is nearly tangible. Everything in the range of the spell, other than the caster, is turned to ash and large amounts of heat remain in the air for days to come. There is usually a muted explosion sound as the spell is cast, signifying that the spell had reached an irreversible point. A flash may also occur if the power behind the spell is condensed down to a point too small for the power.

Source

The power of the spell is usually drawn from the Mage, requiring the Mage to have a power level of around 8 or 9. A Relic would also greatly increase the amount of damage or lower the casting threshold to around a high 6 or low 7 at minimum to create a small-scale casting.
