The day the non divine magic die

This holiday was firts enacted by the Church of Earth a week later the elven capital city fell. Later the holiday was taken by the minos and comercilized by humans.

History

As hostorians write the first sign of this holiday was when a group of earth clerigs bring food and water to the armies that conquer the elven capital city; a week later a celebration was conducted by the same group with the spoils of the city in honor of the armed forces.   Whit time the holiday change in a more solemn tradition, at least for dwarves, that take all day as a strict tradition to honor, celebrate and remember all the soldiers and clerigy of that day: Sunrise, a new era for the divine magic; meal, as the food the clerics share with the soldiers and dawn, to remember all who lost their lives.   Minos settlements has a more relaxed celebration: The meal is optional and is almost always familiar or by "trade"    However, humans adopted this celebration as a more consumer - commercial aproach at first to dwarves that live in this settlements but the humans itself consume it: They even celebrate all night with all kinds of music and other stimulants.

Execution

The holiday has three mayor events: At sunrise: Some evocations, prayers or chants as act of gratitude to the gods and to mark a new day without non divine magic.   A meal: A great meal to honor those brave soldiers that conquer the heretics, those who strike the non divine evil users. In the first celebrations of the holiday the congregation prepare the food and invite members of the army or even the law enforcers; with time the idea is a house or patron prepares a meal for the community.   At dawn or nightfall: With the breaking of the day we remember those who lost his/her life in battle againt a great force; with music or poetry or a sad tale. Most of the temples in dwarven or minos communities take this seriosuly and ceremonial; in the human settlements this part is a "party" with a night gathering with music and alcohol taking all night.
