The Citadel Whispersong entrance is hidden behind a large illusionary rock face, which conceals a portal that frequently changes location. Only individuals who know the secret passphrase and the Silent Gesture can reveal the hidden entrance. Upon opening, a grand tunnel illuminated by softly glowing crystals is revealed.
The streets of Citadel Whispersong form a carefully planned maze that winds through the city. Buildings, carved directly into the stone, serve various purposes, including residential quarters and secret meeting places. The streets are dimly lit by enchanted lanterns, casting shadows that appear to dance with a life of their own.
The Ebon Spire is located at the heart of the citadel. It is a vast building adorned with symbols of secrecy and arcane motifs. Here, the Council of Whispers meets in secret to discuss the organization's plans and make decisions that shape the fate of nations.
The Silken Bazaar is a bustling marketplace where gnomes trade rare magical artifacts, enchanted items, and information. It serves as both a legitimate business hub and a cover for more covert dealings.
The Whispering Gardens are hidden gardens where rare bioluminescent flora flourish. They provide both beauty and a source of magical components for the alchemical laboratories.
The Arcane Archives is a vast library that houses the Arcane Library of Shadows. Gnomish scholars pore over ancient tomes and scrolls, seeking forbidden knowledge and mystical insights to further the goals of The Whisper.
