Aengate

Aengate is a marble gate built around the former entrance towards Antaar's territory inside the Caverns of Dwarovar. Ever since the collapse it is now merely a decoration that guards nothing but rubble.

Purpose / Function

It used to be a strategic point, anything that went in and out of Antaar had to pass through here. Ever since the earthquake of 1433 in the Age of Ruanon it has lost its purpose as there's only rubble behind it.

Alterations

Things were built around it, the design has also changed a bit ever since Antaar took it over. The gate has became incredibly old, and since it has lost its purpose no renovations were made to it. Truly a marvel of Dwarf craftsmanship that it still stands.

History

The gate was originally built by Gau Dwarovar in traditional Dwarvish style. It was taken by Antaar during the second coalition war of Gau Dwarovar.
Aengate is a marble gate built around the only entrance point into the caverns of Antaar.

Tourism

It mainly lives on as a tourist attraction.
