The Black Market of Barrek is the first black market that "cannot be shut down" and operates as an extension of the regular market of Barrek. In fact many say that there is no such thing as a regular market down there, that they've become one. Its existence is critical to the economy of Antaar and the corruption of the Plutocrats make sure the Guards avoid the place.

The market's illegal activity has been discovered at -1078 AoE, however all attempts to shut it down were either met by orders from the Plutocrats above, or heavy resistance - mainly assassinations.
