A former Bard and Noble of the Artec family, and a new Lord of Masella. Giovanni wields a lot of power in the settlement, but according to popular belief he wields much more Danar.
He's always clean, and wears a stylish red attire (hence the nickname), and carries his prized rapier valued at roughly 500 Danars on him.
