Noble

Nobility is a hereditary title which extends to the entire family of the dali that currently carries the title itself (the head of the Noble family). Even though nobility is granted by one nation and its benefits only apply within that nation, foreign Nobles are still treated differently by other nations - depending on their standing with the Noble's origin.

Appointment

There's always one head of the family that carries the noble title itself, passed down to their choice of heir, or the oldest (alive) offspring in case it's unclear. The nobility itself applies to the head of the family and their spouse and offsprings, but more often than not their siblings are also considered minor nobles even if they will lose their title following that generation.
