Hobgoblin Law (hɒbgɒblɪn lɔ)

The Hobgoblin Law is an unwritten set of rules invented by Hobgoblins, but also used by Goblins. It's more like pirate code, a way to act, and a means to be a great excuse when doing something that was illegal, but didn't feel like it.
