Magical Ink

Magical Ink is semi-permanent ink that can only be removed with Magic. It reacts to Blood Crystals and has two main uses in the world.
The first use is making Spell Scrolls. A lot of ink and precision is needed from the Scrollmaker, otherwise the Spell Scroll will not work.
The second use is making tattoos. These tattoos do not hurt, and can be redone with Magic if needed (albeit it does have a high cost). Some might even prefer using some particularly expensive Magical Ink, in order for their tattoos to glow in a particular light when making contact with Blood Crystals.
