Prophet Aktar (prɒfɪt aːktaːɾ)

Former Elder Prophet Aktar Mor Marakash, Third Eye of Al Tallim, Druid of the Blood Swamp (a.k.a. The False Prophet)

Aktar has ruled Jer Tallim for centuries. He was a Mage and a Druid. He was also one of the founding fathers of the Druidic Circle of the Crystal Pillar, which he essentially sided and fought with against his own nation during the coalition against Dali'ra.
He was hanged publicly during the Inquisition's rise in Vin Tallim.
