Rune Fields

The Rune Fields is a mystical set of plains that has rhombus-shaped stones sticking out of the ground and floating. These stones have Blood Crystal proximity, Researchers suggest that they contain Leviathan Blood inside them.
It is unclear what created the anomaly, whether a natural phenomena or a Wizard's experiment. Hence why it's sometimes called the Wizard's playground.
