The Small Gobbo is the title of the Lord of Goblinhold and various other Goblin settlements. The Small Gobbo owns and manages the properties / land of Goblinhold. There is only one Small Gobbo, so the Big Gobbo doesn't have to think about who to approach in case of territory.
