Tavern, The Royal Silk

The Royal Silk is an Elvish Noble made, exclusive establishment for those with expensive tastes. With murals depicting The Hunter the entire restaurant has a Cat theme, with the Waiters and Servants all wearing fake Cat-ears. Some say its the center of Elf debauchery.
It has a wide selection of things and if you're patient you can ask for any food or drink and they'll fetch it for you.
