Teleportation Circle, World Council

The World Council teleportation circle is a bit further outside of New Athelor and the World Council Building. It is to the side in a way that turning left brings one towards the council building, and turning right leads into the settlement.

Purpose / Function

Quick access to the World Council Building for those partaking in meetings, or a spot for those with the Mark of the Council's Protector to arrive to.

History

The World Council teleportation circle was immediately worked on as soon as New Athelor was founded and it got finished after a single year.
