Government
Sien features a King and King's Council, whose purpose has grown from merely advising to the King, to being capable of overruling him if deemed necessary.
Defences
The city is surrounded by massively tall and thick walls all the way around to the coast, with three gates on the north, west and southern sides of the city. The Upper District has a second wall, though only the outer is mounted with Repeating Ballistae.
