It's important to note that you can only get to 0 hunger by completely draining and killing a victim.

- -2 penalty to dice pool of brawl based attack
- Regardless of margin, does 2 aggravated damage to mortals and vampires
- Feeding can begin on following turns once your teeth are "locked in"
- Each turn, continue the brawl contest (now with no penalty) to slake 1 hunger each turn
- Mortals receive 1 aggravated damage per hunger slaked.
- Opposing Vampires gain 1 hunger per hunger you slake.
- Basically transferring hunger from one to the other
- If 2 Blood Potency higher than you: The recipient gains double the value
- If 2 Blood Potency lower than you: The recipient halves the value
- Risks Blood Bond
