The city of Raven Claw is the largest and most prosperous city on the continent. The city-state is strictly neutral wishing to protect its trade with each of the nations that surround it. It's neutrality has given it great influence. It's school of diplomacy and development has made it the financial and world political center as well. It's graduates sit as High Counselors to each of the six great houses (nations). On the outside it appears prosperous and is a center for the arts and culture but there is always a darker side to any large city for one who seeks to look below the surface.But some are wondering if there is something rotten in the city. Some have even suggested the rot comes from the top, but it could all be idle gossip and jealousy.
