Districts

Districts are divided up sectors of Datum. Due to the massive growth in size after the addition of the upper section, Firewall set forth to add additional departments assigned to geographical locations to help alleviate the strain on the organization and to help manage and handle local level affairs more effectively. This brought forth Datum being divided into 8 major districts - each a quarter of one of the two layers of the city, as well as the addition of FALCon at the top of The Spire.
Access between the two plates is limited to either mass transportation avenues under Firewall's control or through restricted infrastructure paths that exist as a less legal option to travel between the two massive portions of the expansive metropolis.
Upper Districts
@Vaunt - The South sector of the upper city. The majority of the district is dedicated to entertainment, housing a large and expansive theme park, sports venues and arenas, and a myriad of gambling facilities. In addition, it exists as the major high-end commercial district of the entire city. Fulcrum operates in this sector out of a bar called @The Acid Drop.
@Arcadia - The East sector of the upper city. This district is home to the headquarters of The Wire and a major residential locale for a large portion of the High Priority Programs of Datum, and much of the commerical and business oriented Processes.
@Invictus -The West sector of the upper city. While a portion of the District has been sectioned off by a portion of The Silent Line, The majority of the sector still functions as a locale which most legal proceedings take place and training for Firewall forces.
Primus - The North sector of the upper city. Much of Firewall's research and scientific facilities exist here, as well as a handful of aboratoriums and the main Origin campus.
Lower Districts

Ios - The North section of the lower city. Ios particularly exists as a major residential sprawl, and is considered the least dangerous section of the lower city, in comparison.

Ferrox - The East section of the lower city. Leading as the major Industrial process center, This district has a great deal of importance to bot manufacturing and in the making of the materials needed in their creation.

Taxon - The West section of the lower city. Taxon was the first to suffer the first signs of The Infection develop along its fringe. Just over a third of the district is now currently under permanent quarantine behind The Silent Line, and has suffered a massive displacement of programs that led to a colossal spike of homeless and obsolete populations within this sector.

Novem - The South section of the lower city. As the most congested and populated districts of Datum, Novem houses numerous amounts of issues ranging from lack of housing to crime. The location sports the most numerous amounts of jails and prisons, and a myriad of gangs.
