Structure

Six city-states formed an alliance at the beginning of the 13th century of the Awakening Era. Special constructs were designed to hear the voices of the people to determine a consensus for the betterment of the city.

Public Agenda

Maintain economic independence from the Warring states to the northwest and the Queendom of Saris to the south.

History

Formed a few decades ago after the Gravestone Wars began in the north, where the people wished for peace and greater say in their governance.
