Personal history

Backstory: Silvarith was hatched in the secluded northern reaches of the world, in a cavern near Thornwyn Castle. From a young age, they felt a connection to this place and its surroundings, with a deep-rooted desire to protect and guide those who called it home.   As Silvarith grew, they observed the heroes and adventurers who frequently visited Castle Thornwyn. Silvarith noticed the potential for great good that these heroes could bring to the land but also recognized the risks they faced. Determined to play a part in this epic tale, Silvarith made a pact with the castle's ruler, an influential figure who recognized the dragon's noble intentions.   Silvarith agreed to serve as the guardian of Castle Thornwyn, ensuring its safety and aiding the heroes in their absence. In return, the ruler pledged to protect and preserve the natural environment that the Silver Dragon held dear.

Morality & Philosophy

Description of Silvarith's Mentality: Silvarith is a guardian at heart. Her primary purpose is to watch over Castle Thornwyn, a role she has taken on since the previous heroes left on their mission and never returned. She feels a deep connection to the castle and its history, viewing it as her responsibility to ensure its protection and preservation.   She is nurturing and caring, treating the castle and its treasures with reverence. Silvarith's mentality revolves around maintaining the legacy of the heroes of old and ensuring that the castle remains a beacon of hope for future heroes. She carries a sense of honor and duty, not only to the castle but also to the heroes who may one day seek refuge or embark on their own quests from this sacred place.   Silvarith is defensive by nature. She has demonstrated her willingness to confront and defeat bandits and nefarious entities who attempted to seize the castle. Her protective instincts extend to the surrounding area, the nearby village, and the heroes who arrive at her doorstep. She is prepared to use her formidable powers to safeguard the castle and its potential champions.   Inquisitive and explorative, Silvarith seeks to uncover the castle's secrets and the hidden potential it holds. Although she may have limitations in interacting with certain aspects of the castle's magic, she remains curious about its true nature and potential.   Silvarith's mentality also includes a deep respect for the heroes who may arrive, understanding that they are the castle's future.
