The King of Andaria, Raolin has led Andaria for the last 16 years since the assassination of his father in the Highbridge Affair.
A physically fit middle aged man who strikes an imposing figure, despite being only slightly taller than average as he carries himself with confidence.
Raolin's reign has largely been a peaceful one with only goblinoid attack from the north shortly after he took the throne being the only notable military action of his reign. However the calamities that have beset the world threaten to to change that.
The dragon blood of the royal line manifests itself in his eyes, changing from gold to red depending on his mood. By now the longevity of his ancestors has been spent and the members of the royal family live an average human lifespan naturally.
