Lady Kinalaya Lividsense
Having been born somewhere in The Northern Wood, Kinalaya is the even-keeled leader of city. While not an elected position, she is considered to be the head of the Loma, which runs the day-to-day happenings in the city. Kinalaya speaks in an excited, almost feverish, rate. An excellent organizer, she is often working to explain small details and is patient to hear out her concepts to her peers. She wears fine raiment and several pouches hang from her belt. Considered to be a charitable individual, she often tours the city with several heavily armed guards and donates to the citizens whose plights or stories are interesting to her. She is observed compulsively playing with a platinum ring. If asked, she will openly state it was her fathers and move on from the conversation.
