Hobling, Lady – One of the oldest individuals in Cadford, Seraphina is a wise and charismatic figure with silver hair and emerald-green eyes, is the person that most in the community look to as a leader. With a natural affinity for earth magic and agriculture, she is often seen weaving her enchantments to invigorate the crops and foster good feelings with those around her. Seraphina leads with a gentle hand, valuing open communication and diplomacy, ensuring the community thrives. Her skills at conflict resolution have been called on for many occasions, both other noble Lords and those who reside in the community. While not much is known of her past, it is commonly understood that she was a prisoner in Mountbatten for a time before escaping roughly two decades ago.
