Zarbor Emedras

Stone Elf, City Administrator - Zarbor has been the City Administrator for several decades. While nor formal city government exists in Solisdam, he is considered to be its leader. The Stone Elf has adeptly organized a town guard into organized force, several managers for infrastructure within the city, and a highly-skilled dockworker organization that flawlessly handles all trade from the sea. Zarbor is often observed in his office near the coast, writing out work orders and managing the cities income in a plethora of scrolls organized in a massive scroll board in his office. Zarbor is passive in his verbal conversation and tends to focus on taking down notes than engaging in lengthy conversation with people.
