Summit for Lucisia's Future

The Ezranite, Progressive, and Lonysian leaders and prominent members sit at a hosted summit in Dawnrest to discuss and debate the formation of Lucisia's government. The Ezranites and Lonysians both argue for a singular elected Presidential ruler; the Ezranites want a secular President and the Lonysians demand for only High Clerics to be eligible for the position. Meanwhile, the Progressives concede to the Presidential position, but they demand for an elected Parliament to act as a counter to the power of the President, warning that it would take only one misstep for another Hedezzenar to rise up into the President's position.
  However, the Summit is cut short....
